Pertinent information is the house measures 44' across the front. The west part is 20' long × 14' deep and the east part (built 31 years ago) is 24' ×  26' deep for a total area of 904 sq. feet on that level. The walkout basement also measures 24' × 26'. When we resided the house an inch of R board was added to all exterior walls. The vinyl siding was cheap either costing $100 a square when that was done and 3 major windows were also replaced. The 2 large crankout  living room windows and the east, slide-by, bedroom window were replaced at that time as well. The roof is fairly new having been reroofed approximately 5 years ago with top quality asphalt shingles.

The clothes line posts are made from full 2" pipe and concreted into the ground.

The house is situated on a huge lot in the village of Rosholt.

The greenhouse fan is thermstatically controlled and draws a nice breeze through the house in warm weather.

The antenna rotor isn't so hot and even with the new digital, amplified, tv antenna reception got so rotten after the digital switch we buckled under and subscribed to TV over the phone line from Amherst Telephone Company and we're very happy with it.
